LARGE CONTEMPORARY LOUNGE WITH LAKE VIEW
The spacious open-plan lounge is located on the first floor to take advantage of scenic views of Lake Windermere and Claife Heights. We have taken care to ensure this room has retained warmth and character - the windows are the pictures on the wall - displaying the old village rooftops and church tower and views across Lake Windermere to the fells of Claife Heights. Original beams and quality furnishings including large sofas, large screen TV with DVD and selection of DVDs, radio/CD player with ipod docking station, local information and books complete the picture.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The fully-fitted Shaker-style kitchen has all the equipment needed to ensure your self-catering holiday runs smoothly. It includes integrated dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer, along with electric oven and hob, microwave and toaster. Quality saucepans and plentiful co-ordinating white crockery are provided, all in pristine condition, along with all the utensils you'd expect to find in a modern kitchen.
DINING AREA
The dining area has stripped beams and is located adjacent to the kitchen. It is illuminated by a skylight and has a contemporary table and four chairs.
DOUBLE BEDROOM & EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
The double bedroom is a comfortable room located on the ground floor, with solid oak king-sized bed and matching bedside drawers, fitted double wardrobe, hairdryer, mirror, radio/alarm clock and co-ordinating bed linen and curtains. The spacious en-suite shower room comprises toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle and large mirror with shaver point.
TWIN BEDROOM
The twin bedroom is a very light and airy room located on the ground floor, comprising two single divan beds, bedside drawers, fitted double wardrobe and dressing table, hairdryer, mirror, radio/alarm clock and co-ordinating bed linen.
FAMILY BATHROOM
Located off the hall on the ground floor, the family bathroom has a full size bath, toilet, wash basin and separate shower cubicle.
CAR PARKING
A private car park is situated behind the property.
Fresh bed linen and towels, electricity and gas are supplied at no extra charge.
We regret pets cannot be accommodated, and due to the layout the property is unsuitable for small children or babies.
This is a non-smoking cottage.
